Refund policy / Returns Terms and Conditions

 

Electricians Plus does not offer returns on any products unless they are deemed to be faulty.

We will gladly replace an incorrectly ordered part. The returning item must be unopened and in the original packaging. Please be aware that some special buy in items may attract a restocking fee. For more information please contact our Office.

 

Faulty Items

 

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact our office before returning the item. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. Please contact customer service or the brand directly for warranty periods.

We aim to have your refund processed within 2-5 business days of receiving your item; however, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. This process usually takes around 2 weeks and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-7 business days.
